DAY 6... NO MORE M10-30.10.03,Thursday- ...
10 minutes, a bit hard to put it in today, it kept on "glued" together.

Wah... it's end of Oct and when think about it, exam is just around the corner though it's in Dec, HCI assignment due date is 1/12, 1st subject exam will be few days later after the assignment due, it seems very rush, some more it's Networking, so many things have to remember... sigh... hopefully can do well in this term exam especially Networking.

Oh... not again... M10 1.3Ghz is not being manufacture anymore, there isn't any stock left too. Now, have to hunt for other model again... I think by the time I got my laptop, I've already completed my degree...

DAY 5... MY 1ST PROFIT... NEW SHOP... THE RUNDOWN-29.10.03,Wednesday- ...
About 5 minutes, (including the rinsing of the lenses and the lense case)wow... I'm getting used to it already. But I've noticed that my saline solution is going to finish soon, not sure how much left, one thing for sure, it's so light. Maybe half? Or less than half? So fast... if like this, I guess I'll finshed it real soon, in less than half a month (10 days?). Oh my...

What a surprise, I'm (stunned). I've earned USD$4.00 in one of my online shops, I thought of ending all of them and start all over with new designs next year. I've not log into my account for so long, and today when I viewed my sales report (just for fun, didn't expecting anything, coz usually nothing is sold), when I saw profit USD$4.00, really can't believe it, I thought no one would ever want to buy my designs, at least now two items are sold, a wall clock and a tile coaster. Not bad... it's from a female customer resides in the US, which state? I don't know, it's stated "OR" which state is this? If only I can thank her personally... I've add in a new shop, Collection 2003 the designs are not very good but I like the design of the wall clock. All the designs in this shop was done months ago when I had nothing to do, just simply play around with Photoshop.

I was told to go watch movie by Lee 70 minutes before he picked me up, man... so rush... in 70 minutes I have to take bath and have my dinner. However I'm ready in 45 minutes. I waited and waited and he's a bit late today, he went to buy some junk food with his sis & sis' friend. There're 6 people today, we decided to watched Rundown without consulting the other two that weren't there yet, it turned out that one of them already watched the movie. (We had to buy the ticket fast coz all the possible movies started soon, we couldn't wait for them, all the nice sitting places were taken) Nothing much can be done, he had to watch it again. The movie was only decided when we reach there. That's the problem when you don't dicuss properly what movie to watch and decide last minute. Nothing much to comment on Rundown, it's just another action-pacekd movie with a blend of humours here & there.

DAY 4-28.10.03,Tuesday- ...
20 minutes... I'm such a slow learner!!! It's already day 4 and still take so long. I've noticed that I couldn't put the lense in directly after rinsing it because the saline solution and its vapour stung my eye. I had to wait for a while so that it's dryer then I can put it in.

DAY 3, LAPTOP IS ON THE WAY-27.10.03,Monday- ...
Today, 25 minutes... to put in, at least an improvement. To take it out, it's fast than before but the biggest problem was one of the lense "glued" together coz I pinched to hard. It's "glued" real hard and I had to use the solution to open it so many times, when it's almost opened, it stuck back again, I don't know how long I got it opened but sure it's long... when finally it's opened, it's inside-out it didn't bounced back to the correct side, usually it does, so have to do it manually, force it back to the correct side, phew... finally... guess my 1st pair of lense really went tru' lots of abuse and tortured.

I've decided to settle down for Toshiba M10 after extensive research for months... It's RM5300 and it's Centrino 1.3Ghz, I hope it's good. Actually there's another model to consider also the same price, A10 it's PIV2.0Ghz-M, after comparing the both, both specs are almost the same except the processor, graphic card, & extension ports. M10-Centrino, Nvidia GeForce4, SD memory reader, Wi-fi, bluetooth, infrared... (the extension ports are a lot). A10-PIV, Intel Integrated Graphic Card, no SD memory reader, can't remember what else but the extension ports are much less than M10. Battery lifetime too, M10, 5hours++, and A10, 3hours++. Both are the same weight. I'll get it within this week, get it directly from KL is much cheaper than getting it here in Kch.

DAY 2-26.10.03,Sunday- ...
OMG... I used another 45 minutes to put my lenses in, having really hard time with the right side of my eyes. The lenses are so soft that it always stuck together or it's too wet. I hope tomorrow I can insert it faster, haven't master the skill yet. GANBATTE!!

Lee got his contact lense fitted today. Is he 'kiasu' or what? (I'm just , please don't take it seriously) However his lense have to be custom-made coz he has other eye condition, currently he used an ordinary lense. He told me he got the lenses in his eyes in less than 10 minutes. Wah... me 45 minutes!!!! He didn't pull up his eyelid and so on to get it in, he just open his eyes as big as possible. This is the best thing for people who have big round eyes. No wonder he can get it in so quickly. As for me, the lense diameter is much bigger than my eyes opening, that's why it's quite hard to put it. If I pull up the upper eye lid, it's worst, I can only pull down my lower lid, this is the only I can put it in. I've tried Lee's way of doing it, ahhahahah... cannot, my eyes are not as big as his.

FINALLY...-25.10.03,Saturday- ...
Got my contact lense :-) I used Bausch & Lomb Seequence. It's monthly replacement lense. Spend only RM54 for everything. Since both side of my eyes are of the same degree(-2.25), so I bought one box only for 3 months supply. I used 45 minutes to get the lenses into my eyes... sigh... (the empleyees there are getting a bit uneasy with me, luckily, the two chinese girls are more patient then the two bumiputras girls, at 1st I was entertain by one of the bumiputra girls, and I think she didn't have the patient, then another took over, also the samething, then the chinese girl took over, she's far better than those two that kept on 'pushing'/'rushing' me, after I succesfully inserted the lenses, another chinese girl took over to teach me how to remove and reinsert it) Removing it is so easy, the main problem was putting the lense in. When I reached home, I try to remove it and it's so fast for right side but for left side, I 'lost' it, I can't find it anyway... I used 15 minutes to find it, ahhahahah... don't know how long will it get me to get use to put the lenses into my eyes, try again tomorrow. I noticed that I can put it in using much shorter time into the left side then the right side.

FLIGHT TICKETS BOOKED & CHANGE OF PLAN & 1st A-23.10.03,Thursday- ...
Flight tickets are booked. it's 18/12, around 11am from Kch. We'll depart on 21/12 around 1pm++. It was initially 3 days 2 nights but we have to extend it to 4 days 3 nights due to the flight timing. We hope to get an early morning flight but they don't have it, only have one flight everyday from Kch to S'pore. The last subject of our exam is on 17/12 and we'll leave on the 18/12.

Result is released today and I got an 'A' so happy!!!!This gives me some boost of confidence coz Networking is making me a bit worry. Thought that 'A' is gone coz did real bad in the exam but wow... really still can't believe it. Got 76%, it's much... much... better than I've expected. Hopefully no more moderation, if it does, then hopefully it's increasing of mark, not lowering it, it's already bad enough to have assingment mark lowered but so far I didn't see any change in my assignemnt mark, maybe i'm not one of them.

A TALE OF TWO SISTERS. S'POREE WE COME!-22.10.03,Wednesday- ...
Watch the horror movie today, it's not ghost story. We were a bit late and the movie already started. We sat at row E, really having a hard time to watch it, it's too close to the screen. We didn't know that our "little sisters & brother" bought the seat so close to the screen. There were 8 of us, the four of us(Lee, me, Lee Ling & her friend) and another 4 were Lee's sister's friends. of us, only 2 guys.

We were scared by the poeple sitting behind us not not the movie. Frankly the movie is not that scary, I think this is because a lot are being censored. The people behind screamed like crazy and talked so loud, they were so noisy! The scariest part was at the beginning of the show where the "ghost" appeared and stand on the bed of the 2 teenage sisters just above the head of one of the sisters. The "ghost" bleed from below there (u know what I mean? If you don't know then I don't know how to explain) and then a hand came out from there. This is the scariest part at least for me. There's a part that is much more funny. The stepmother of the sisters is opening the cupboard (not quite remember actually who open what ;p just can remember there's someone opening something) we tought that there'll be something scary came out but nothing and immediately switch to another scene. A girl somewhere at the middle of the room screamed so loud and sharp before anything even happenned. Everyone laugh at her.

I didn't quite understand the story at first. It's getting more and more confusing towards the end. However at the very end, then I got what it meant. Everthing is actually the imagination of the eldest sister, she's having mental problem since the death of her mother and younger sister. She thinks that she and the stepmother are responsible for killing her younger sister. Her mom hung herself in her younger sister room inside the cupboard, her sister found out and kept pulling the robe in the cupboard and the cupboard fell on her. She can survive but her stepmother didn't want to help her and the eldest sister ran out of the house because of argument with the stepmother, she didn't know that her sister is dying. If she didn't ran out but instead looked for her younger sister, she would not die. So... this is what it's all about.

After the movie, we met Fung Wang. He's going to watch the same movie too. Then, the 8 of us went to McD. After that we went home.

Ann and me confirmed to take a direct flight to S'pore this year end. Exact date and time are not confirmed yet. One thing for sure it's between 21 to 30 December. It'll be a 3 days 2 nights trip. However we're having a bit of problem in transport at S'pore but I'm sure on that actual day itself, there shall not cause any much problem, we'll go with the flow. Not to worry, there'll always be a way when we reach there!

GO FOR MOVIE? GO TO S'PORE?-20.10.03,Monday- ...
This Wednesday might go to watch the ghost movie that we planned to watch last week, don't know will have a last minute cancellation again or not. This time it's Lee Ling's suggestion, so should be no problem, she suggest it that's mean she can go. Nick might be going but Ann definitely not going. If Nick is not going, then Lee is the only guy ahhahhah... how lucky he is, he's always the only thorn among the roses

Suddenly thought of going to S'pore. I ask Ann about it and we'll discuss about it on Wednesday. Hopefully this time our plan works. So Kevin... if really I'm going to S'pore, then u know what to do, right? ehehehehe... be sure your apartment is ready... and get ready to take me and my friend for rides on your jet-ski! Might as well ask some e-classmate from S'pore to meet up too.

IT355 ASSIGNMENT MARK MODERATION-17.10.03,Friday- ...
WHAT!!!!! Oh no... bad news or good news? I read the e-mail and was told that the mark will be lowered. LOWERED!!!??? Now my hope to get an 'A' for this module is 100% dashed!!!! The exam wasn't that good and the only thing that can help me to get 'A' is the assignment, I got almost full mark for it but now I was told that those that got 100% will remain 100%, those who got 85% will be lowered to 70% (this is a lot!). I got 92% for it so, what is my new mark? *SIGH*... The exam result is going to be on 23/10, so scary... so unlucky!

I almost got my contact lense fitted today but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I have to wait till next Saturday or Sunday. It isn't that expensive though, RM30-40 for 3 months (only lenses excluding other expenditures). Very tempted to try the daily contact lense but not sure about the cost. Good thing about it is it's much easier and faster and more hygienic, clean your hand and put in the fresh pair everyday no hassle of disinfection and so on. It is very convenient when you go travelling.

NICE CANDIES -16.10.03,Thursday- ...
My uncle brought some candies back from Taiwan. The packaging is nice, they are very colourful. It seems very cute too but I have not eat them yet, sort of no mood to eat sweet things lately. I don't know how to translate the name and some words I don't even know how to read, lazy to check the dictionary. Here's the photo:

GHOST STORY -15.10.03,Wednesday- ...
The Tale of Two Sisters, a Korean ghost movie. Actually planning to watch it today with Lee (It's his suggestion) but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel again. It will be my first time watching ghost movie at the cinema (don't really watch ghost movie, even if I had before, it was those not very scary one), I don't know whether I dare to watch it or not or just tru' the movie, hahhahah...

SUBMITTED!!!-11.10.03,Saturday- ...
Finally I've submitted my IT350 assignment. Really having such a hard time doing it. It is supposed to be dued tomorrow but better submit earlier. Last term result will be out on 23/10 if not mistaken. Hopefully can get a good one. Cross my fingers... just wait and see.

CANCEL-08.10.03,Wednesday- ...
Plan to watch Identity but have to cancel last minute. Sigh... so boring...

OR MONEY-06.10.03,Monday- ...
I took a quiz for fun and it turned out that I'm Hopeless Romantic:

For richer? For poorer? It doesn't matter to you because you're the Hopeless Romantic. Whether your sweetie is an oil baron or a grease monkey, it's all about until death do us part. Even if you haven't met "the one," you'll judge your soul mate by the love letters, roses, and foot massages — not the size of their bankroll. And even if their wallet is as fat as their sonnet collection, the toughest part of your relationship will be arguing over which charity to choose, who loves whom more, and who's the bigger Schmoopie. And if that diamond ring turns brass, no biggie — your love is totally not-for-profi
t.

Hmm... Oh well, this is true too(50%) but still I prefer & MONEY not OR MONEY. However, I think at the end, still wins. Or money still wins? What do you think? I can't make up my mind! ahahahaahah....

THE LEAGUE -01.10.03,Wednesday- ...
It's been a while I've not step into the cinema. The last time was 2002 during CNY at Riverside Cineplex. As for Star Cineplex since 1997, I guess... can't quite remember, so long already.

Just came back from the movie, The League. Only Lee, Ann and me, the 3 of us only, Nick was having his class and Howe will be going there at about 10pm. So all our friends were so busy with their own stuffs, left the 3 of us. After the movie, we met Nick at the lift, he went there with his friends after class. On the way home, Lee and me suddenly thought of eating KFC, we made a last minute decision. However, we can't finish our food "cleanly" coz still sort of full hahahhha... coz we had one cup of soft drink during the movie and another cup at KFC, so full...

I don't know how to comment on The League coz I'm very bad at commenting on movies, I don't know how. However, it's interesting to see that it's a collaboration of those characters from different stories such as Invisible Man, Vampire and so on. Kinda creative. I like the "submarine"(There's a name for it but I can't remember), it's very nice, such a work of art.

Maybe next week, we'll watched a chinese movie. Forgot its name already.
