Take yourself to the cinema - even if nobody else does.

Not a bad idea at all - as long as your credit card can take it.

Run your heart out - not literally, of course.

6)MAKE PLANS
Think ahead to the time when you will have overcome your heartache.

7)BE HONEST
No glorifying post-mortem: he/she wasn't as fantastic as all that.

8)MAKE CONTACTS
Renew old friendship.

9)ANALYSE IT
No excuses. Why did your relationship really fall?

10)FLIRT AWAY
There's nothing like a bit of harmless flirting to boost you self confidence
