The seasonings and toothpicks. It was packed with patrons!!!
Teochew Kueh Chap(RM4)-the base is fine but the Kueh Chap sticked together, not in sheet by sheet, the meat were tough.
Noodle in Pot(RM3.50)-the portion is big!!! Can share with 2-3 people. According to my sis, it didn't taste the same and not good as Saberkas branch's.
Rice with Twin Roast Meat(RM6)-it's supposed to be duck meat but the roast duck was out of stock and replaced with steamed chicken and other type of duck.
Pork Porridge(RM3.50)-Hmmm... well... you have to season it based on your taste preference. According to my father, It's quite tasteless.
Not to forget, there are some spelling errors in the menu. LOL... "Barley" becomes "Berry". It's not good for those that don't know Mandarin. It means two different thing. The error is already there long long time ago and they didn't change it even with the opening of this new branch with newly printed menu. |
| Before going to dinner, we came across an accidents and caused the main road from Pending to Padungan, Sekama etc. was closed to traffic. We didn't know there's actually road at the back of those shops that used to house Chermai Jaya Matriculation Center. We just blindly followed other cars LOL... well.. it's raining and couldn't take any clearer pictures of the accident scene. All we saw was 3 buses(pic) and in front of the 3 buses, there were more than 2 vehicles involved in the accident, saw one fell to the side as if it fell on top of a smaller car. Couldn't see clearly, it's too dark and the rain was making the visibility low. I think one of the buses involved too, the one at the front. |

Managed to escape the traffic jam. Came out from another end, opposite of Toyota showroom. Another accident, this time chain accident that involved 2 or 3 cars, not so sure. Not in time to look and take picture.
By the way, this afternoon, very fine weather, I fetched my sis from IELTS exam, there's another accident near the infamous white cat statue of Kuching. Wow... one day... 3 accidents! This is my frist time to see so many in one day.
Please ppl... drive carefully especially when it's raining. Also be considerate! There are so many morons on the road these days... because of these minority, the majority suffered. Sigh... |
